Independent thermostats
Two separate thermostats with two independent knobs on the control panel allow to set and manage the temperature of each plate thus allowing for absolute precision in cooking.
3 cooking modes
Contact grill: hamburgers, sandwiches, toasts, chicken and vegetables; Open grill: meat and fish; Oven Grill: grilling on the bottom plate while roasting on the upper one.
Sear Function
