Active Temperature Control and Dual Heating System

The Smart Tamping Station

Dynamic Pre-Infusion
Evenly wet ground coffee is a key for optimal extraction. De’Longhi’s Dynamic Pre-Infusion works by automatically adapting the pre-infusion length to the density of the coffee dose, to ensure the entire surface of the coffee dose is evenly wet.

Active Temperature Control

Smart Tamping Station
After grinding, tamp directly in the filter holder by simply pushing lever down. Tamping will stop once the correct pressure is delivered on the coffee ground.
